De President Taylor IV (4) is een 27Mhz transceiver met 40 kanalen AM/FM en een zendvermogen van 4 Watt. 
De President Taylor IV beschikt over een USB aansluiting (5V 2.1A) aan de voorzijde van het toestel waar aan u bijvoorbeeld een mobiele telefoon kunt opladen.
De President Taylor IV wordt geleverd met een microfoon met up/down functie, microfoon bevestigingsbeugel, een voedingskabel met zekering, bevestigingsmateriaal en een handleiding. 
De President Taylor IV is te gebruiken op zowel 12 als 24 Volt.
